And in doing so we would like to leverage the collective value that we have as a group and facilitate hands-on help in more specific ways, mostly because:
- It is hard to ask for help, even when belonging to a group meant to help. It is a well-known fact that as women we have a hard time advocating for ourselves and our needs.
- On the other end of that, it is better to offer advice when it is solicited among consenting peers. By avoiding unwanted feedback, we keep the group in safe and supportive terms.
- It sets us up for success. When we have specific initiatives that encourage ways to share resources and connections, we all win.
Our Community Initiatives
1. Atlanta Women in AI Monthly Meeting:
These meetings happen every 3rd Wednesday of the month. Meetings are usually located in Alpharetta from noon until 1:30pm and are ticketed for $10, including lunch. Topics vary.
2. Event Collaborations:
Do you want to promote your business, product, or services to our group and leverage exposure to our unique community? Now any group member can cross promote with us and sponsor a happy hour, book club, yoga outings, karaoke, etc.

We’ll work with you, help you co-host, and make sure there is synergy between our community and your Industry Category during the event.
3. Masterclass Highlights:
Do you already have an AI Masterclass or Course that you are teaching or selling? We want to feature you! By highlighting this resource to our group members and other interested parties we can help refer each of our talents.

4. 411 Connect:
Feeling isolated while working from home and could benefit from a Body Doubling working session? Or do you want to see who is available to meet near you for a quick brainstorming session and a coffee? Want to connect and network with a peer while waiting for traffic to die down?
Activate this initiative by typing *411 Connect* in the WhatsApp Group link below with your location (IRL or online) and proposed time to see who might be available to join you.
5. Mastermind:
We have a Mastermind meeting that meets on the last Wednesday of the month. Meetings are online in the Mastermind WhatsApp Group from 4:30pm to 6:00pm. These meetings are free, but you must ask to join this separate chat as there are limited spots due to the time constraints.
Mastermind meetings are formatted as a Round Robin, where each participant gets at least a 10-minute chance to share and contribute your monthly wins, AI tools and news, and a chance to leverage the group’s hive mind for problem solving.
In short, the Mastermind is meant to help if you if you are stuck with a problem, while also acting as a monthly accountability group. To join the next Mastermind, keep an eye out for the Monthly Mastermind Invite on our main WhatsApp Group.
6. Think Tank:
Are you working on an AI project and could really use the hive mind of the group for opinions, to ask questions, for brainstorming, problem solving, connections, resources, etc? Then our Think Tank initiative is for you!
Submit for a Think Tank session via our Contact Form using the following Initiative Code: THINK TANK.
We will create an open invite for members to join and give you feedback during a 30-minute session where you can pose your problem to the group of participants available to brainstorm solutions with you.
This initiative is free but you once you benefit from a session you must commit to give feedback in at least 1 future session as a way to pay it forward.
